Hi, Penny,
Nice to meet you at our badminton training course on May 11, 2008. It is obviously that you already have some experience of playing badminton. Such as fore-hand high clear, fore-hand high clear service, etc. So, I believe that you will make great progress if you join our badminton training courses and keep practice constantly.
